Provides professional service to the restaurant and food preparation establishment in the collection of grease from Automatic Grease Recovery Units (AGRU). My company will set up a schedule based on the amount of grease collected in the ARGU and put you on a time based cleanout of barrels of AGRU grease (barrels supplied by Vans). I will maintain a record of service which will keep you in compliance with state and local health laws for grease disposal.
